This week's episode kind of kicks you in the mouth to start and doesn't really let go. It's been a long time filtering through songs in the queue and I'm happy to say it's pretty much new/fresh music each week now based on what I'm listening to throughout the week and listener requests. I wasn't really in the mood to fight the urge to play some straight up rock and roll, so it's a bit heavier in the rotation this week than usual. As will happen from time to time, I've had
Les Claypool stuck in my head for days, so that set the tone for the first half of the show and I'm happy how well the requests for
Ssion and
Roxy Music fit in.
Next week's episode will most likely lean more towards the style of the second half of this episode with a lot more variety, so let me know if there's anything you'd like to hear.
