Episode Episode 23: Falcon Jab

Episode 23: Falcon Jab

It's taken a minute, but I'm finally getting up and running on Spotify and will most likely make that the place to put in your requests for the show. It's not quite ready to go just yet, but soon I'll have a publicly accessible profile for all y'all to recommend your favorites and generally just share more tunes. Spotify's also going to open the doors to all sorts of new music and artists I may not have been able to get my hands on before, which means better and more diverse podcasts.

Along with Spotify, I've been toying with the idea of having a "release party" of sorts on Turntable.fm the night podcasts are released where I'll play the tracks from the show and open the floor to the general public to join in. If any of you are on Turntable and would be interested in that just drop a line on Facebook or Twitter and I'll get something set up either later this week or for the next podcast.

Beyond the new use of fancy schmancy technologies, this is an extremely exciting time for the show with ticket giveaways lined up for EOTO's October 3rd performance at Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo thanks to Coast II Coast Entertainment! After a year and half off it's really great to be working with EOTO again, especially in that new room at Bell's. There will also be a PAIR of tickets to Yonder Mountain String Band's Harvest Festival down in Arkansas! Happy to say Some Kind of Jam has officially paired up with Pipeline Productions not only for the Harvest Fest tickets, but a whole hell of a lot more that's lined up on the horizon for you fair listeners. As of right now pretty much everything is going to be done through social media, so make sure you're following along.

And finally, here's what you'll be feasting on this week:
